Actor Dhanush took to social media to wish his Tere Ishk Mein co-star Kriti Sanon a warm and heartfelt happy birthday. On July 27, as Kriti turned a year older, Dhanush shared a candid behind-the-scenes photo from the sets of their upcoming film and affectionately addressed her by her character name, Mukti.
"Happy birthday Mukti. Have a good one 🤗," Dhanush wrote in his Instagram Story, giving fans a glimpse into their camaraderie on the set. The duo stars opposite each other for the first time in Aanand L Rai’s much-anticipated romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein, set for a theatrical release on November 28, 2025.
Aanand L Rai also extended his wishes with an emotional note. Sharing a teary still of Kriti from the film, he wrote,
"Sometimes it’s the journey that teaches you a lot about your destination. Tere Ishk Mein has been one such journey with you. Happy birthday, Mukti."
Sources close to the film’s production earlier told News18 Showsha that Kriti was recently filming the final schedule in Mumbai. An insider revealed,
"Kriti has truly poured herself into this film. It’s been physically and emotionally demanding—a marathon journey. Audiences will witness a version of Kriti they’ve never seen before."
